Terms and Conditions
The following General Terms and Conditions concerning sales of products at www.nuuroo.com, owned by nuuroo A/S, Ferrarivej 12, DK-7120 Vejle, Denmark, CVR 42000442. Requests for information should be made to info@nuuroo.com.
Ordering
The nuuroo online store is open 24 hours a day.
To order at nuuroo.com you must be 18 years old and be in possession of a valid payment card that we accept. If you haven’t turned 18 yet, you are still able to purchase items if you have obtained your parents’ or guardians accept or have the legal right to make a purchase.
When you have ordered an item at nuuroo.com, you will receive a receipt confirming that we have received your order. However, the purchase commitment is concluded only when you have received an order confirmation from us.
Secure Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Dankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Mobilepay. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than approved by you. The payment is charged when your order is packed and ready to be shipped.
Cancellation rights
When you buy a product at our website, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
The cancellations rights expire 30 days after the day you received your goods. If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note, that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods. Please not that you will not get the shipping cost back if you regret part of your purchase. Likewise, you will not get the shipping cost and handling fee back if you refuse to receive the goods or choose to not pick up the order at the pick-up point.
Returning the items
If you want to return an order, you simply must fill out the return form with your name, order number, email address and the item(s) you wish to return. The item(s) must be unused, and in original condition and packaging.
You have 30 days to return the item(s) to us. You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport.
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order in our website and return the item you have already purchased.
How to Return an Item:
Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return. Make sure the item(s) is unused with price tag(s) and in original packaging. We encourage you to reuse the nuuroo packaging your purchase was sent in. Fill out this return form and place it inside your return package.
When returning an item, the shopping costs will be covered by you and not by nuuroo A/S.
The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
Refund of the purchase sum
If you cancel a purchase, you will of course get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day we received your return request. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase. If the item(s) are not in the original state, we will deduct the amount that you are responsible for.
Right to make complaints
When you trade with nuuroo as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. This gives you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase.
If you have a complaint, please contact us by e-mail info@nuuroo.com, and attach a photo of the item, you have a complaint about. If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered a defect on the item.
Personal data policy
In order to make a purchase at nuuroo.com, following information is required: Name, address, phone number and email address. We register your personal information with the objective to deliver the product to you. When personal information is gathered on our website, we make sure that it is done with your explicit consent. Personal data is registered with nuuroo A/S and is kept for five years after which it will be erased.
On nuuroo.com nuuroo is the data responsible. All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with consumer and data protection legislation.
As a registered person, you will always have the right to be told what details about you we process. If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data are being processed in a way that is against the law.
